Report the Company

Regain Control of Your Student Loan Account

  • Change any account information you provided the company
  • Change your FSA ID password
  • Change your password with your federal student loan servicer
  • Call the company you contracted with to revoke Power of Attorney
  • Add additional levels of security if available – some servicers offer a PIN
  • Begin making payments on your account or review repayment options with your servicer if you are unable to afford your monthly payment
